I am R.Muthamil Durai, A Retired Manager from Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. in the year 2012.Practising Yoga had been my passion for the past 44 years.Now I would like to share my Passion, Knowledge and Skills of Yoga through my new yoga centre.The soul motive of my yoga centre is to educate people the importance of doing yoga on a daily basis.I solely believe that yoga can help to keep the Body, Mind and Soul in a peaceful estate. Yogasana Names And Their Benefits
Marjariasana
It stretches, strengthens, and adds flexibility to the spine. Both your shoulders and wrists will be strengthened. The digestive organs are massaged and activated, and therefore, the process is improved. It helps to tone the abdomen while getting rid of unnecessary pockets of fat, slowly but surely. Being on your fours also improves the circulation of both blood and oxygen in your body.
Anjaneyasana
It makes the gluteus muscles and the quadriceps stronger. It gives the hips and hip flexors a good stretch. It opens up your shoulders, lungs, and chest. It helps you improve your balance. It increases your ability to concentrate and also builds core awareness. It helps relieve sciatica. It stimulates the digestive and reproductive organs.
Utkattasana
Physical Benefits Strengthens the ankles, thighs, calves, and spine Stretches shoulders and chest. Reduces flat feet. Emotional Benefits. Stimulates the abdominal organs and diaphragm. Janushirasana
It strengthens the nerves and muscles of the knees, back, waist, etc. Disorders of ankles, pins, knees and semen defects are removed. It removes defects like spleen, yakat,Abdominal obesity, intestines etc.and the disorders of the original blood vessel passing through the middle of the spinal cord. Cytica pain also benefits, sperms increase, diabetes disease is removed.
Dhanurasana

Eka Pada Sirasana
It increases the blood flow especially in your back and haemoglobin levels. With the increased blood flow toxins are removed that accumulate. It is an intensive work for your body that activates fire and thus helps your body to digest food quickly. It makes the spine more suppleand also hips and legs flexible.
Padmasana
